Red gold (Italian semi-organic ceramic coat on 14K solid white gold) will wear off in few weeks to few months depending on wear frequency. When coral red coating partially wears off, rings turn uniquely vintage by exposing solid white gold base on the edges and body flat surfaces. Once partially worn, coral red coat can not be effectively reapplied. This semi-organic coating has a ceramic base and is hypoallergenic. As any ceramic piece, such rings should not be hit by hard object or dropped.
